Appointments

As first-line practitioners, physiotherapists can be contacted directly without the need of a doctor's referral letter. Appointments are 1 hour long for the first physiotherapy and pilates assessments and for individual pilates sessions, and 45 minutes long for physiotherapy treatments. Comfortable clothes that one can move around in are recommended for pilates sessions, and for physiotherapy treatment, shorts and gowns are provided to allow adequate exposure of the area to be treated.
