Fees

Medical aid rates are charged and fees are structured according to the National Health Reference Price List. However the practice is not contracted to medical aid, requiring clients to pay up-front and then submit their account to medical aid. ICD10 codes are provided on statements to facilitate reimbursement from medical aid. Under exceptional circumstances, direct submission of accounts to medical aid is possible. Please contact the office should you have query regarding this. Please note: No credit or debit facility is available, thus cheque, cash or internet transfer are the only accepted means of payment.

Cancellation Policy

The practice has a 4 hour cancellation policy. Appointments not cancelled 4 hours in advance will be charged for in full.
